Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible monthly payment arrangements. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and your final balance must be paid 30 days prior to your event.

How many guests can the space accommodate?

Our venue comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests with standard layout options. Additional capacity may be available depending on the layout and event style.


Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes. You may bring your own licensed and insured vendors. We also offer preferred vendor recommendations upon request for a seamless experience.

Is décor included?

Décor is included in the Platinum and Grand Experiences, with premium upgrades exclusive to the Grand Experience. Our Gold Experience offers a clean DIY foundation perfect for personalized styling.

Can I bring alcohol to my event?

Yes. All events serving alcohol require security, and you must obtain the NC ABC One-Day Special Event Permit.

To secure your date at The Grand Ambiance, a 35% non-refundable deposit plus a $250 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
We offer flexible monthly payment arrangements, with the final payment due no later than 30 days prior to your event.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, security is required at our discretion and is mandatory for any event serving alcohol.

Suppose your event will include the service or sale of alcoholic beverages. In that case, you are responsible for obtaining a North Carolina One-Day Special Event Permit & a host liquor liability insurance.
